Hi Adie. I have been behind a bit on following your blog and now realize you have a new one! :) My name is Andrea and I went to Bible College with your husband (back in the day). I began readin your blog fairly often because I love your honesty and heart for Jesus. My husband and I homeschool our 4 children, and pray for you both and the ministry that the Lord has placed you in, especially those sweet little angels you tuck in at night.
May the Lord guide you each day as you serve Him.

dear adie,
I don't usually respond to something someone has witten on the web, in fact i never have. but your "Dead man" entry was so wonderful. between your explanation and your amazing 'mom in laws' words, it made such immediate sence to me. i read it and i just thought, wow i get it. this is how i want to be. i went and got my 10 year old daughter and had her read it, and then explained the meaning to her. I read your blog often. pretty much the only blog i read. between the scripture, and the 'mom' talk, and the recipes and the book recommendations, i enjoy reading you very much. i came across your blog because i had read your husbands a couple of times, but i have to tell you i very seldom read his now, but i read yours on a regular basis. -just thought you could tease him with this info:) - thank you for your inspirational words. Sheila

I like how Joyce Meyer says it too..."I'm not where I need to be, but thank God I'm not where I used to be". Thank you, Adie, for these words. They help me to stop and look at where I am, and how I need to improve in my walk with Christ. This is something that I always need to take th time out to do, daily really. Thank you again. We love you guys.
