Hi Adie. I have been behind a bit on following your blog and now realize you have a new one! My name is Andrea and I went to Bible College with your husband (back in the day). I began readin your blog fairly often because I love your honesty and heart for Jesus. My husband and I homeschool our 4 children, and pray for you both and the ministry that the Lord has placed you in, especially those sweet little angels you tuck in at night.

dear adie,
I don't usually respond to something someone has witten on the web, in fact i never have. but your “Dead man” entry was so wonderful. between your explanation and your amazing 'mom in laws' words, it made such immediate sence to me. i read it and i just thought, wow i get it. this is how i want to be. i went and got my 10 year old daughter and had her read it, and then explained the meaning to her. I read your blog often. pretty much the only blog i read. between the scripture, and the 'mom' talk, and the recipes and the book recommendations, i enjoy reading you very much. i came across your blog because i had read your husbands a couple of times, but i have to tell you i very seldom read his now, but i read yours on a regular basis. -just thought you could tease him with this info:) – thank you for your inspirational words. I like how Joyce Meyer says it too…”I'm not where I need to be, but thank God I'm not where I used to be”. Thank you, Adie, for these words. They help me to stop and look at where I am, and how I need to improve in my walk with Christ. This is something that I always need to take th time out to do, daily really. Thank you again. We love you guys.
